Verification Process
For quality control purposes, we may ask for a photo of the product or the batch number found on your coffee bag to help us improve our roasting process.
Return or Disposal
We generally do not require the return of perishable coffee beans, but for brewing equipment and apparel, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Refund or Replacement
Once your request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement bag of coffee immediately.
